Members can join and pay online and renew automatically. They can access member only content and update their profile at any time. People can book tickets for events, submit forms and join email lists all through your website and you can manage everything behind the scenes.

Can I get help getting started?

White Fuse is easy and intuitive to use and most customers manage to get started using the built-in guidance and help centre. If you would like more stragic input to help you understand and configure the software please contact us for details.

Do you offer training?

You can make use of all the help and training resources in the White Fuse help centre. You also have unlimited access to our support team to answer your questions. We do also offer paid remote training sessions if you would like more detailed and focussed help. Please contact us for details.

How do I migrate website content?

If you have lots of website content that you want to transfer to your new White Fuse website we can provide a quote to migrate, structure and format it for you. Please contact us for details.

How do I import contacts?

If you have existing contacts such as members, donors, email subscribers or all of the above we can help you to import these into White Fuse. There is usually a charge for this which will depend on the quantity and complexity of your data. Please contact us for details.

What's included in the monthly fee?

Your monthly subscription fee provides the following.

What are the transaction fees?

Payments are handled through our partner integration with GoCardless and Stripe. White Fuse charges a 1% fee on all transactions and GoCardless and Stripe charge their own fees as well.

What does unlimited support cover?

Our expert support team will help answer any technical or strategic questions you have about using the software. There's no limit to the number of questions you can ask and we aim to respond to each question within a few hours.

Will our data be safe and secure?

To ensure that your data is safe and secure it is hosted within the EU on a highly scalable hosting infrstructure. A range of automated tests, checks and backups ensure reliability and the cloud-based nature of the product ensures that you are always using the very latest version of the software. 

Will we be GDPR-compliant?

We offer a range of tools to make compliance with data protection legislation easy. These include allowing your contacts to manage their own communication preferences. For more information read our General Guidance on GDPR or our Data Processing Terms.

What is the ongoing contractual commitment?

Payment is monthly by Direct Debit. There are no annual contracts so you can cancel anytime. All your content and data remains yours and you can take it elsewhere at any time if you want to switch to a different platform.
