Do you offer training?

Yes. As part of your setup fee we will provide training to ensure you understand how to use the software. We can also provide additional training where needed. Contact us for details.

What's included in the monthly fee?

Your monthly subscription fee provides the following.

  • Unlimited administrator accounts
  • Unlimited support
  • Unlimited transactions with zero commission*
  • Regular maintenance and backups
  • Security updates

*Our payment processors GoCardless and Stripe charge a small transaction fee of their own.
Website building and email broadcasts are only available on plans of 500 contacts and above. 

What does unlimited support cover?

Our expert support team will help you with technical, design and strategic questions so that you can get the most out of White Fuse. We can offer training if new people join your team, fix problems and offer best-practice advice.

Will our data be secure and safe?

Yes. White Fuse is always up-to-date ensuring that all customer data is safe and secure. White Fuse also has a range of tools to help you comply with GDPR data protection legislation.

What is the ongoing contractual commitment?

Payment is monthly by Direct Debit. There are no annual contracts so you can cancel anytime. All your content and data remains yours and you can take it elsewhere at any time if you want to switch to a different platform.
